Weekly general music classes allow students the opportunity to participate in activities that include a well-rounded variety of music skills. Students are taught the beginner fundamentals of music to establish a solid foundation for their music education beyond eighth grade. Students focus on various aspects of music including theory, performance skills, proper vocal techniques, movement, history, music appreciation and style. Third through eighth grade students have the opportunity to join the Musical Crusaders Children’s Choir while fifth through eighth can enjoy the opportunity to be a part of an annual musical production.
